We stayed here as a group of six at the end of July 2014, the site is very nicely set out on the side of the lake and the facility\'s are excellent however we were only allowed 2 keys to enter the showers etc, this got a bit of a nuisance with six people to visit the facility\'s.
The office staff however were very rude and unhelpful, we were given short change from our deposit and told in no uncertain terms this was not possible and we were wrong and asked to leave the office, not a great welcome, later in the evening the office sectary came to us and refunded the money and said the cash in the till was over, we then came across the male manager over the next few days he was very miserable and on leaving was very difficult with us when paying the final bill, he would not accept payment in part cash part card and was again rude, in the end we paid on card and settle among our self\'s, this was a very unsatisfactory service, I would not recommend or stay at this site again, there are many many more sites to choose from in this area with as good or better locations and I would hope a better attitude to customers and customer service.
