In het zuidelijkste stukje van het Kroatische schiereiland Istrië ligt camping Arena Stupice Campsite. Op deze grote camping kampeer je in een pijnbomenbos, op een hellend terrein direct aan de kust van de Adriatische Zee. De locatie is mooi, het uitzicht op zee ook, maar de plaatsen zijn niet allemaal even vlak. Wandelaars en watersporters zijn op hun plek aan de Kroatische kust. Direct bij de camping kun je windsurfen en wandel- en fietsroutes leiden naar natuurgebied kaap Kamenjak en het zuidelijkste puntje van Istrië. Voor een dagje uit is het historische centrum van Pula een leuke bestemming.
